The Scouts and the Bishop Scott Green of our ward here at Carrington came with a Pine Wood Derby track to race some of the cars that the Scouts made! Each resident picked the car they wanted to race and raced against each other in an elimination battle! Frank won first place, Maggie won second place and Jeane won third place! At the end, each resident got a Grand Prix participation award!
Thank you to the Wallberger’s studio for coming to Carrington Court, to perform your Spring Violin Recital!
“Hill Aerospace Museum is located on approximately 30 acres on the northwest corner of Hill Air Force Base, Utah, about five miles south of Ogden. The museum was founded in 1981 as a part of the United States Air Force Heritage Program and first opened in 1986. It moved to its current facility in 1991. We hosted our 1 millionth visitor in the spring of 1996 and we annually have around 180,000 visitors, coming from every state and from many foreign countries. The Museum exhibits more than 90 military aircraft, missiles, and aerospace vehicles on the grounds and inside the Major General Rex A. Hadley Gallery and the Lindquist Stewart Fighter Gallery. Our collection also includes a wide variety of ordnance and munitions, an assortment of aerospace ground equipment, military vehicles, uniforms, and thousands of other historical artifacts.”
Carrington Court wants to thank Jordan Ridge Elementary school for always coming to perform to us! Today, Jordan Ridge First Graders came to perform a singing program to the residents. Our resident’s enjoyed the performance very much, and loved the crafts you made for them. We look forward to seeing more performances!
