Michael McCauley – Administrator
Michael McCauley is the Administrator at Carrington Court. He brings his passion for caring for others and a breadth of healthcare management experience and knowledge. Michael spent his first eight years in healthcare as the Hospice Compliance Manager with Millcreek Home Health & Hospice. Then he became the Administrator of two Beehive Homes, the Beehive Homes of Salt Lake and the Beehive Homes of East Millcreek. He spent the last six years caring and serving for their residents and staff. We are thrilled to have his passion for caring for others!
Michael was a chef before he began his career in healthcare. He loves to cook and enjoys tasty food. He enjoys hiking and being outdoors. He unwinds by relaxing with his family in the mountains. He has a gift for competitive shooting. He has been with the love of his life for eleven years and married for four. He has two boys that keep him busy in his free time.
Michael is an instrumental part of our Carrington Court team! We invite you to come and meet him.
Mindy Hutchison – Memory Care Nurse
Mindy Hutchison is the Memory Care Nurse at Carrington Court. Mindy has an extensive background in healthcare and has worked in skilled nursing for years, both in Utah and in Arizona. She has been a hospice nurse for the past three years and has taken care of many of Carrington's amazing residents. Mindy has an infectious personality and loves people! She has a strong passion for making sure that everyone has the best care and feels loved.
Mindy has been married to Chris Hutchison for seventeen years. They have two wonderful children. Mindy says, "my kids are my pride and joy!" Her daughter Brooklynn is a cheerleader for Grantsville High School and her son Carson plays competition baseball. When Mindy is not caring for residents you can find her cheering her kids on in their competitions or spending relaxing time with her family. Mindy enjoys everthing outdoors, camping, hunting, fishing and riding horses. Mindy says, "it is an honor to love and care for some of the best people you will ever meet!"

Kaitlyn Warner – Assisted Living Nurse
Kaitlyn Warner is the Assisted Living Nurse. She brings a wealth of knowledge. She has been a nurse in skilled nursing and in home health and hospice. Kaitlyn is a kind a bubbly nurse with a tremendous ability to solve problems and alleviate concerns. She is always ready and able to help anyone in need. Kaitlyn says that she is "excited for the opportunity to serve the residents of Carrington Court and give them the best care possible."
Kaitlyn has two beautiful children. She has a daughter that is three years old and an eight month old son. She is married to the love of her life! Her husband is a paramedic and is going to school to become a Physician Assistant. She enjoys camping and being outdoors, as well as spending time with her family and friends.

Kaitlyn Gillen – Care Coordinator
Kaitlyn Gillen is the Care Coordinator at Carrington Court. Kaitlyn originally began working at Carrington Court in September of 2014 as a CNA on the Memory Care side of the facility. She left Carrington Court in 2016 to pursue other fields, but returned a year later in 2018 as the Care Coordinator. Kaitlyn loves coming to work every day, and being able to build a special relationship with each and every individual resident. She also enjoys working with the CNA’s, and has a kind and bubbly personality that enables her to connect and coach the CNA’s to be top notch. When asked what she loves most about Carrington Court, she says "I love getting to know who the residents were when they were younger. I love to hear all of the amazing things they did when they were my age.”
Kaitlyn has been married to her sweetheart for almost a year. She enjoys dancing, and was on the Dance Company team all throughout her Junior High and High school years. In her free time, one of Kaitlyn’s favorite things to do is to go on road trips with her husband and family.

Kylie Singleton – HR Compliance Manager
Kylie Singleton is the HR Compliance Manager at Carrington Court. She began working at Carrington Court as a CNA in 2014. Kylie was a stellar CNA, and moved into the Care Coordinator position in 2017. She then took the position of HR Compliance Manager in 2018. She is currently enrolled at Salt Lake Community College, where she is working towards getting her RN, and pursuing her future career in nursing.
Kylie is married and recently celebrated her one year anniversary. She has two dogs she enjoys spending time with. When she is not at work, she loves to be in the outdoors. Going hunting, fishing, hiking, and camping are some of her favorites.
She says, "I love coming to work each day and seeing all of the residents, families, and co-workers. Each day is an adventure at Carrington Court and I love going through this journey with such amazing people. I am so grateful for the opportunities I have had, and the memories I have made over the years."

Tina Hoyt - Director of Marketing
Tina Hoyt is the Director of Marketing for Carrington Court. She is married to Clark Hoyt and has 3 children, and 2 grandchildren. After working in the mortgage and title business for 15 years she really wanted to go into nursing. Although some acquaintances were surprised by her decision to change careers she knew that she had to do work that she loved. After obtaining her CNA she worked grave yards in a memory care facility and with a home health and hospice agency caring for seniors.
Tina began working here in October 2009. Tina began at Carrington Court as the Assistant Administrator. Over the years she has been extremely involved with resident care, and coaching and encouraging our staff. Tina moved into the Director of Marketing position in February of 2017, and now helps new families through the process of finding a loving home for their loved one. Tina has also been able to help Carrington Court become involved in the community. She remains close to our residents and families, even after they have moved into the facility. She says, "All of our residents are so different, unique and amazing. Every day I learn something new about them. It's not just a job. I am always learning special unique things about them. I feel that a lot of them have come into my life for a reason. It was meant to be. I was supposed to be around them. They were supposed to be around me."
She loves coming to work every single day. She says, "It is very rewarding. I look forward to seeing the employees, the residents and their families. I love to associate with family members. Everything is rewarding. We work as a team to make everything better for the residents. I like being part of a team where family members come up and say you have the best staff. Others, vendors, volunteers and visitors say the same thing about our staff. I feel grateful and lucky for all of the opportunities I have been given."

Diane Kunz – Assisted Living Activity Director
Diane Kunz and her husband, John have 2 children, and 1 grandchild. She has been the activities director for the Assisted Living Community at Carrington Court since it opened. Prior to that she worked in the activities department of another assisted living community.
She says, "The residents are like family. When I plan things for them it is all about them. I want to plan things that they will want to come and do. I want them to be able to look at the calendar and have something to look forward to and feel a sense of achievement." "I love my job. That's why I do it. I like to do new things with the residents."

Debby Burke – Memory Care Activity Director
Debby Burke is the Activities Director of the Memory Care Community and is a wonderful lady. Before coming to Carrington Court, she was a Manager at a Pet Hotel. Debby has always had a love for animals, and has rescued several dogs over the years, and made sure they received a good home. Debby and her son spent many years doing volunteer work at other assisted living facilities. Through these years is when it became a goal to attain her dream job as an activities director.
Debby grew up in Murray, Utah, and has lived in Utah all of her life. She has one son, who is married and on his own. In her free time, Debby enjoys dancing, hiking, traveling, and sports. Debby says, "There is no better place than working at Carrington Court, because we are all family here. I love that we all work as a team, and help each other out whenever needed. I love that I get to come to work every day and receive unconditional love from all of the wonderful residents. I can’t imagine anything better! I can only hope that I make as much of a difference in their lives, as they do in mine. I will continue to bring smiles, laughter, fun times, and special moments to all of the residents that live here.”

Gwen Phillips – Dietary Manager
Gwen Phillips is the Dietary Manager at Carrington Court. Gwen started working in the kitchen of Carrington as a chef, and moved into the Dietary Manager position in November of 2017. Gwen is kind, and hard-working. She is able to run the Carrington Court kitchen smoothly and with efficiency. She works hard to make sure that all of the food that is served to our residents, is the highest quality in taste and appearance.
When talking with Gwen about her love for cooking, she says "Some of my fondest memories are helping my mother in the kitchen as a child. I have always enjoyed cooking, and I feel accomplished when a dish turns out exactly as I imagined it would. It always was, and continues to be, fun to learn new recipes and cooking techniques.” Gwen continues to pass that love of cooking on to our residents here at Carrington Court. "Ensuring that the residents are happy with their meals never fails to bring me joy and happiness.”

Tery Davis - Bookkeeper
Tery Davis is over the Bookkeeping at Carrington Court.
Tery and her husband Bob have 3 children, 3 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren. She started in banking and has done accounting for the past 20 years. She enjoys making friends with the residents and visiting them as they stop by her office for a chat. She says she enjoys seeing the residents happy and content.
Tery also works with family members to answer any questions that may arise. During her time here she has come to appreciate the residents and their families and has gained great insights about the aging process. Tery works closely with the staff. She says, "I enjoy everyone that I work with. In fact, I look forward to coming to work every day. There is no place else I would rather work."

Blanca Padilla – Laundry Manager
Blanca Padilla manages and runs our laundry department. Blanca has been with Carrington Court now for five years. She began working at Carrington Court in the kitchen, and has been the Laundry Manager since 2016, and has done a fabulous job! She is a hard-working, overachiever that loves to get the job done right.
Blanca was born in Mexico City, and has lived in the United States for over 20 years now. Blanca is married to the love of her life, and has 3 children. In her spare time, Blanca likes to exercise and watch movies. Blanca is a fabulous individual and worker. She is very organized and professional. She says, "I love my work! I like to talk with the residents, and help them in any way that I can.” We are thankful to have Blanca on our team and appreciate all she does.

Kenn Andersen – Maintenance Director
Kenn Andersen supervises our maintenance department and transportation department. Kenn has always had a knack for building and construction. Kenn started working construction full time in 1983, and eventually started his own successful construction company in 1994. Kenn became part of the Carrington Court team in 2015, and with his knowledge of construction, has been able to help keep our building running smoothly.
When Kenn is not working at Carrington, he enjoys being in the outdoors. Whether he is working in his yard at home, or 4-wheeling with his family, Kenn is always staying busy. He can often be found helping others with their home projects on his days off.

Carrington Court's Assisted Living community is designed for seniors who require assistance in some aspects of daily living. This assistance can include help with mobility, transportation, medication administration, personal grooming and hygiene, incontinence management and more. Carrington Court offers care plans designed to suit the specific needs of each resident.
Seniors who have memory impairments, dementia, or Alzheimer's disease are great candidates for memory care.
Carrington Court's Memory Care Community is designed to support seniors suffering from Alzheimer's Disease or other memory disorders. While safety and security are the primary concern, care plans are also customized to the individuals' needs and the family's wishes. Resources such as Alzheimer's support groups are often available to assist loved ones.
