Ice cream is one of our favorite treats! And what better way to enjoy it than to make it our selves! It took a lot of shaking and it was really cold, but we had so much fun! And in the end we all got to enjoy a delicious treat! Yay for ice cream!!
“I scream, You scream, We all scream for Ice Cream!”
What’s better than eating delicious Ice Cream on a Hot Summer Day? There’s not much more I can think of! Our Carrington Court resident’s love our monthly tips to Leatherby’s in the summer time!
Here at Carrington Court we ventured out again this year to Grandpa’s Pond in Sandy, to do a little fishing. The likely catch at this community urban fisheries include: bluegill, largemouth bass, channel catfish and rainbow trout. After our catch of the day, Michael made sure they were cooked to perfection for all to enjoy! What a beautiful day to spend with friends, family and nature. We can’t wait to go back next year!

We were blessed to hear from some amazing musicians from the Utah Symphony and it was beautiful. There was Oboist Lissa Stolz, Piccoloist/Flutist, Caitlyn Valovick Moore and Bassoonist Jennifer Rhodes. Together their music was so beautiful and peaceful, our residents enjoyed every minute.
Thank you so much for coming and sharing your talents with us!
